  • Akira Kola born in West Blue, and joined the Marines at the age of 20. In his 14 years of the commissioned Naval Fleets, he was known for taking down the most ruthless criminals in all of the seas. He was also known for brutalizing those pirates he captured, even if they did not put up a fight or resist arrest. There were even some he killed for no other reason than being pirates. That was until he came up against Captain "Catman" Rinji. In his battle with the Nekojin captain, he obtained several deep, horrific cuts to his face, which scarred him so very deeply, that it even brought about a serious mental illness. The scars he got from that fight made him hide in his hospital room, and destroy it completely, locking everyone out, not even coming out to see his own wife. Soon, he broke the mirror in his hospital room, and cut all of the skin off of his face, putting a white mask on his face. When he finally was released, and sent home for further medical, and mental treatment, his ship never came to port. He had killed all of the men on the ship, and stole charge of it. After that, no one knew where he went, but because of this, Catman Rinji's bounty went straight up. It wasn't until months later that he showed up again. This time, he had infiltrated Jossu's Whiteface Pirates. After eating Jossu's Devil Fruit, he cut his face up just as Rinji had done to Kola, and killed the Captain, leaving him on his office chair. After that, Kola flew away on his own Dragon wings.
