In the mirror universe, Min Zife was a Bolian politician who lived during the 24th century. Following the establishment of the Galactic Commonwealth in 2378, Zife became Bolarus' delegate to the Commonwealth Assembly. At a meeting of the assembly in 2381, he discussed Resolution Four-Nineteen, which dealt with the allocation of terraforming resources among the worlds of the Commonwealth. Although Zife recognized that Earth and Vulcan were in greater need of those technologies than Bolarus and other planets in the Commonwealth, he argued that the apportionment of atmosphere-processing hardware had been disproportionately weighted to those two planets to the detriment of their Commonwealth partners.
