The result was the devastation of the Starfleet Seventh Fleet. Julian Bashir also knew several people who were killed in the Tyra system. (DS9: "Inquisition") According to Stellar Cartography: The Starfleet Reference Library ("Federation Historical Highlights, 2161-2385"), the Tyra system was a trinary system in the Alpha Quadrant. The primary was a K-class star, the secondary was a M-class star, and the tertiary was an A-class star.
