When backed into a corner, an attorney's last hope of winning a case is an asspull. Asspulls are, as the name suggests, new pieces of information pulled straight from the speaker's ass. A good asspull will continue the case, whereas a bad asspull will either cause mass confusion, or possibly even cause a mistrial.
