Patrick Allen Thorton (June 3, 2960 - May 30, 3053) was the 40th Governor-General of New Englia as well as the former Governor of Central Province and Chairman of the Colonial Party. His first term in office has been a success due in part to his ability to end the civil war in the country by brokering a deal with Ernest Blythe and other leaders. He has been active on the domestic front by advocating more spending on the nation's failing schools as well as trying to unite the Irish and Welsh citizens in the country. In addition to that, he has called for the creation of a constitutional amendment that will ban all paramilitary groups in the country.
