In 3294 the Soviet Metropolitan Friendship Exchange, or SMFE, was formed. It is a multi-city twinning project, designed to facilitate the interconnectedness of Soviet citizens at the local level. It started with only two cities, and grew over the next several years to include four cities from all over Kebir Blue. The four current members are Socialist Union of Farr, Staraya, Socialist Union of Maldka, and Landon. Below is a list of all the current and former members of the SMFE:
