The Presbyterian Church of Brazil (Portuguese: Igreja Presbiteriana do Brasil) is the largest Presbyterian church body in Brazil. It was founded by missionaries from the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America (PCUSA) and the Presbyterian Church in the United States (PCUS) in the XIX century. It preserves adherence to doctrines of the historic Westminster Standards and Calvinist theology. As of 2008, there are approximately 3,840 churches in all states of Brazil, representing about 503,500 members.
