This battle marked the first encounter of the Far Wanderers and the near annihilation of 1/4 the UNSC Navy. After the near destruction of the entire fleet, Admiral Tupolov led the rest of the surviving navy in a desperate attack in order to escape, luckily, the tactic worked brilliantly as the Wanderers weren't prepared for a defensive battle because their ships do not possess shields. But, despite the tide shift, many surviving UNSC ships fell prey to the Wanderers gastric acid cannons. The Infinity was the only ship to barely survive the battle.
