Sid Vicious, born John Simon Ritchie, later named John Beverley (May 10, 1957 – February 2, 1979), was the bassist for the Sex Pistols. He heavily influenced Ren Honjo's music and style of dress.

When he was hanging with the band, he met Nancy Spungen, who offered him chocolate (replacing drugs on the episode) to impress him. They became addicted to it, until Sid ruins one of the Sex Pistols shows. Nancy made him quit the band and start a solo career with her as his manager. He heavily resembles the well known bully and tyrant Nelson Muntz Hinting partially a connection.
