Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future? I have, as a matter of fact. I'm a creator of 2 other wiki's, one which has a certain community behind it and I had to deal with a lot of vandalism. Blanking pages, inserting nonsense or offensive content, adding inappropriate images etc are all things I had to deal with. I set up a rules page and follow a strict procedure before banning users. Heavy vandalism on a great scale generally implies an instant ban, which I then do. For all other minor issues a warning is first issued, with progressive bans following if the user in question proceeds with vandalism. In terms of stress, it never really had because vandalism is quickly undone.
