| - Henry Wesker's Virus. He discovered it in a plant known as Death's Stairway or Starieas. Those found with 'superior DNA', like Henry, are given increased muscle mass, reflexes and numerous other enhancements. Also, the host is given powers of telekinesis, although this is not present with Henry ,whom probably had a less advanced strain. Those who do not have superior DNA however, are killed by the Virus' uncontollable nature. This second form is difficult to defeat to the point that even Albert and Alex Wesker had a hard time in defeating Henry, though eventually defeated him.

It's etymology is from the back that the corpses of those killed by the Virus are covered in a dark colouration. The Virus is virtually indestructable. However, it has one downfall: its system is tied together by the host's brain, which is left exposed. It is useless without the brain of the host. This virus focuses more on strength, resilience and speed, whilst bothering very little with the telekinetic abilities. The Virus' telekinesis is relatively strong, capable of lifting cars and trucks; though it comes at a price: the host experiences nose bleeding if telekinesis is used too much. Also, if the host is damaged enough, the virus runs all its madness upon the host's body. The agility and reflexes perish, but spikes and spines compensate for the loss of speed. Skin armor develop; again, this is not present in Henry's strain. Also, the telekinesis is gone, but the host's mental capabilities are retained. The brain is now protected with hard bone, though a new weakpoint develops: the heart. This spot is rarely exposed, but when damaged, the host will weaken and extend it's spikes to recover at a moderately fast pace. This second form is difficult to defeat to the point that even Albert and Alex Wesker had a hard time in defeating Henry, though eventually defeated him.
