- Maurice Harold Macmillan, 1st Earl of Stockton, OM, PC (10 February 1894 – 29 December 1986) was a British Conservative politician and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 10 January 1957 to 18 October 1963. A protege of Winston Churchill, Macmillan pushed for a mixed economy, and presided over a period of affluence in the country. He also helped mend the relationship between the UK and the United States, which had soured some in the aftermath of the Suez Crisis.

- Maurice Harold Macmillan, 1st Earl of Stockton, OM, PC (10 February 1894 – 29 December 1986) was a British Conservative politician and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 10 January 1957 to 18 October 1963. A protege of Winston Churchill, Macmillan pushed for a mixed economy, and presided over a period of affluence in the country. He also helped mend the relationship between the UK and the United States, which had soured some in the aftermath of the Suez Crisis. Unfortunately, the last year of Macmillan's government was rocked by two separate scandals. He resigned and lived out a long retirement.
