| - 25 years after the end of the Locust War, Reyna was the leader of an Outsider village, taking over the role after her husband's death. She relied upon her brother-in-law, Oscar, to train and protect the villagers. JD Fenix and Delmont Walker, having left the Coalition of Ordered Governments and gone AWOL, sought refuge with Reyna's village after warning her of a COG retaliation to the Outsider's raids against the COG. Under her orders, the villagers let back on their raids to maintain peace with the COG. However, their generator broke down, so she tasked JD and Del to get a fabricator from Settlement 5, and had Oscar and Kait go with them. After bringing back a Fabricator, Jinn speaks to Reyna via Shepherd and threatens to attack her village for kidnapping COG citizens. They manage to fend off a DeeBee attack, but during the night, mysterious creatures raid the village and kidnap a majority of the villagers, including Reyna herself. When Marcus was in the pods, he felt Reyna, and told Kait that the Swarm did not pod Reyna and were treating her specially. In the end, after defeating the Hive Beast, Marcus, JD, Del and Kait find Reyna in captivity, mutating due to how the Swarm treated her. While mostly human, she asked Kait to cut the flesh connecting her to the hive, aware that doing so would result in death. Before dying, she hands her an heirloom from her mother, which is revealed to be a Locust symbol.
