The Wescott Room was a meeting room on the fifteen floor of the Palais de la Concorde. It was named in honor of Federation President Kenneth Wescott, and his portrait was prominently displayed there. In 2380, the Wescott Room saw extensive use during Federation-hosted negotiations between Carrea and the Federation Member State of Delta. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
