Dr. Andrew Warren Shepherd (September 8th, 2404 - February 9th, 2470) was a member of the Lourenne Democratic Party and was their nomination for Prime Minister. He was born in Solinville, Haboves to Mary Warren and James Shepherd. He recieved a BA, MA and PhD in Political Science from Delaune University and before entering government underneath the Democrats, he had a strong position as associate professor there. His wife Helen died in 2459 and he had two sons, Thomas and Franklin. He believed strongly in social equality, economic liberalism and progressivism.

He died in February 2470 at a campaign stop in Aures, Alvium of a heart attack. He was 66. He was buried at Eroncourt Republican Cemetery after a state funeral in his honour.
