The New England Hockey League was an amateur league that operated in the states of Maine and New Hampshire, United States for two seasons - 1926-27 and 1927-28. The league collapsed before it finished its schedule in 1927-28. The Berlin Mountaineers left the league because of financial problems and a poor record. Many of its players had left the team. The Lewiston St. Doms left soon afterward. and the league was finished.
