The Command took a minor part in the Galactic Civil War, overseeing the defense of aerospace of important Imperial worlds and defenses of shipyards. After the Battle of Endor, it fragmented among various warlords, but was reunited in 12 ABY by Admiral Gilad Pellaeon under the Imperial Remnant. It worked closely with the Imperial Navy's Naval Command. Much later, it became part of the Fel Empire. In 131 ABY, it was dissolved under orders of Darth Krayt, being part of his empire. That caused many to leave and defect to the Empire-in-exile.
