The Neta class is a planetary class. The planetary classification system has its origins in Marta Ptahtercicah's work. Specifically the planets comprising this definition are coposed ot: 60 ± 10% silicates (by mass), 30 ± 10% metals, 10 ± 5% sulfides and less than 5% hydrogen. During their formation, their surfaces and interiors became molten. Only some Neta planets exhibit plate tectonics behavior. Arrakis/DE is more tectonically active than any other Neta planet. In the Terran system there were 4 Neta-class planets. Deserts on Neta planets commonly have whirls.
