Neo(ZIM005) was born on May 4, 2011 in the Irchel Mob. His mother was the dominant female Mohumagadi however his father is unknown, one of the three males. The dominant male was Kgosi, but Neo's mother had mated with all three of the males including the subordinate males Baka and Bonako. Neo had no litter-mates he was born a signal child. Living in a zoo Neo's chases of survival were almost 100 percent. Neo enjoyed the spoiled life as the only child however this did not last for long. On July 29, 2011, his mother gave birth to Golo, Remetla, Monate and Lemme. His four younger siblinsg survived as well. On February 12, 2012, his mother gave birth to a new litter fo three pups. By then Neo was almost fully grown. He soon started to be seen on sentry duty with his father and uncels and helpin
