Since its launch on July 28th, 2008, the site has gaind a massive following with its official YouTube channel gaining more than 3 million subscribers as of 2015. On July 28th, 2008, Geoff Ramsey created Achievement Hunter with the intrest of creating an achievement based gaming community. Alongside friend and fellow Rooster Teeth employee Jack Pattillo, The two regularly release achievement guides and easter egg videos, usually with the help of the Rooster Teeth community. By 2009, Achievement Hunter began accepting freelance work from the Rooster Teeth community. Unlike the other achievement based sites, Achievemnt Hunter is highly dependent on the feedback and contributions from their community. Thought originally only posting their videos on their main website as well as the Rooster Teeth YouTube channel as early as July 29th, 2008, Achevement Hunter began uploding videos on their newly launched main channel titled "Let's Play" on April 15th, 2013, and has since uploded many videos that focuses on the Let's Play series. Achievement Hunter cast members: Geoff Ramsey (RT co-founder/AH co-founder), Jack Pattillo (Achievement Hunter's first employee), Gavin Free (RvB Season 7 director/Host of The Slo-Mo Guys), Ray Narvaez, Jr. (Community Hunter turned full-time employee), Michael Jones (Host of Fage Quit), and Ryan Haywood (Game Fails manager). Along with the helpfull and sometimes reliable crew made up of Caleb Denecour, Lindsay Jones, Kdin Jenzen, Matt Bragg, Jeremy Dooley, Steffie Hardy, and Trevor Collins. Edited by Wade Holm
