When Zuko was tracking down Aang, he came across June and Nyla. He became enraged that her pet ripped a hole in his ship. She told him that he had a stowaway on his ship and that she was planning to collect the bounty. Impressed by her and her pet, Zuko decided to hire her to capture the Avatar. He had June track down the Avatar by following his trail after obtaining Katara's scent from her mother's necklace. A few days before Sozin's Comet arrived, Aang disappeared. Zuko and the others went to the Earth Kingdom to find June. Zuko asked June to track down Aang again, but this time she couldn't. She explained that Nyla couldn't track down Aang because he's gone, but not dead. So Zuko had to think for an alternative. He asked June to track down Iroh. By having Nyla sniff one of Iroh's slippers, June was able to lead them to the location of Iroh. It's unknown what happened to June and Nyla afterwards.
