The Party for Victory (PV) is a populist political party in Rutania. The party was founded on 16 December 4118, and took its name from its founder and first leader, Victor Menderes. Since its establishment, the party has retained close relations with labor unions – Menderes himself led the National Labor Federation in the 4109–4117 period – and is considered a progressive, laborist party. The party is more divided on social issues; it contains both liberal and conservative factions.
