The Peoples Revolutionary Front Incident or PRF Incident, was a military conflict that occurred in 3107 and lasted over a year until 3108. The Peoples Revolutionary Front (PRF), a paramilitary organization, was the main culprit behind the conflict and consisted of members from the Democratic Reform Party (known today as the Urban Party of Rutania). After gaining control of Delvar, they officially ceded from Rutania, becoming the Republic of Central Rutania, which signaled the beginning of killing and experimenting on people from Ikradon and Dorvik. The resulting military intervention by the Rutanian government stopped what would have been a far bloodier outcome. In the end, 200 people were killed in the genocide.
