Atlas Maxwell appears as a guest in the Carnax Saga final quest, The Last Stand. Following Carnax's lay to rest by Anna Shadowgale Darkstone and the defeat of Makkisar's Horde by The Order, the mad scientist uses the Sorceror's formula on himself to become Makkinax. Maxwell then goes for Hollow Stoneforge's Stonerule Military Assault Mecha and assists the Chosen in fighting Makkisar, if the player chooses to do so. Maxwell, in the Assault Mecha, can do two Ranged attacks. In the first one, the mecha shoots two missiles which hit the enemy, dealing Fire damage twice over.
