Ocean World Amusement Park was a public aquarium frequented by Captain Josh Lang. It was probably located in the Houston, Texas area. Following the spacewalk which left his mind supercharged by the electrical field which envelops the Earth, Lang found the park relaxing for initially unknown reasons. As he made more visits, he eventually realized that he was drawn to the dolphins, whose minds appeared to work at the same frequency of Earth's electrical envelope. Since Josh's mind was realigned to that frequency he was able to mentally communicate with the dolphins, whom he claimed were speaking a language of pure mathematics.

Since Josh's mind was realigned to that frequency he was able to mentally communicate with the dolphins, whom he claimed were speaking a language of pure mathematics. At the park, he gave evidence of his seemingly outrageous claim by making the dolphins do a series of tricks. Steve Austin was apparently convinced by this display. Subsequent to one trip Ocean World, he recommended to NASA officials that Lang's scientific claims, despite their unusual nature, should be taken seriously. (Burning Bright)
