The Czech Soldier was enlisted by the Nazis when they occupied Czechoslovakia. He was stationed in Normandy at Omaha Beach. When he was surrendering, he tried to tell two American soldiers that he was Czechoslovakian but they shot him as they could not understand him and thought he was trying to surrender. One American said he said, "Look! I washed for supper!" insultingly.
