This lightning is also pretty hot, hotter than the lightning that it is based off. Able to incinerate and burn on contact with solids, depending on its intensity. This is white lightning's destructive force. It also able to disintegrate objects as well, or break through wind at its higher vibrations, beating natural insulation. White Lightning, due to being Black Lightning's opposite, can attack Spiritual energy, and can home in on it, based on the caster's whims. Also, White Lightning can be used as a medical technique as well. Dialing back the vibration frequency used to create this a little, it can be used instead to revive the body, and/or just parts of the brain, in a similar method to defibrillator paddles, reviving someone who was slowly dying by sending enough current into the body. However Kei must be careful not to overdo it, and kill them anyway. This requires good focus. But this can be used to weaponize corpses to his command as well, or bring people under his electrical control.
