Caroline later returned to Walford for Honey's third wedding, which was a surprise wedding. She accompanied Honey to hospital when she went into labour, and was collected by her boyfriend, Boot. When Honey wanted to give Janet up for adoption, she visited Caroline, who revealed that she had once given a child up for adoption herself. She also revealed that Boot had left her, taking some of her possessions with him.
