Robbie Gordon is a transfer student at Angel Grove coming all the way from New York. He is the son of an army sergeant who has moved all over the country since he was little. Although reluctant to relocate to yet another "flashy-tourist-town" he begins to grow attached to the town and the people during his stay in California. He becomes the current incarnation of the Masked Rider dubbed by "Fourze" for being the fourth rider that Prince Dex has had the privilege of mentoring.
