  • This character only appeared on the cover of Roly-Poly Comics #10, which featured reprints of MLJ stories that were different with each issue and covers with characters who did not appear in the interior.
  • Red Star also known as Star Fire is a superhero from Russia and a Honorary Titan. Star Fire was one of the original allies of the Teen Titans. His name would be changed to Red Star to avoid confusion with the other super-heroine Starfire. Red Star is the result of a Russian genetics program that was trying to create super-soldiers. Red Fire escaped and the organization fell apart leaving him largely acting on his own. Red Star spent many years just coming to terms with use of his powers and in the mean-time was seen as a sort of bogeyman of rural Russia since he tried to keep out of sight while testing his abilities but still intervened to help others.
  • The Red Star is the name given to a planet in the Rukbat system with an unusual orbit. The Red Star has a comet-like trajectory, piercing the Oort Cloud at its apogee, and approaching Pern during its perigee. It drags with it material from the Oort Cloud, including the dreaded Thread. The AIVAS initiated a project in the Ninth Pass to alter the Red Star's orbit sufficiently to bring an end to Thread, though the current Pass would continue until its natural end.
  • Don't let these commie bastards full you! The your true locally small homeowned paper that gets it correct in Northeast Alabama (aside New York Times owned papers) is the Daily Colbert! According to Stephen Colbert, just like the New York Times, the Red Star is full of lies (and "facts").
  • The Red Star is a mysterious heavenly body which appeared at the culmination of the Week of Nightmares on July 15, 1999. Known as Wormwood to vampires, Anthelios (the anti-sun) to werewolves, Telos or Mirzaba to mages, the Eye of the Demon Emperor to all Shen and the Eye of Balor to changelings, the Red Star was seen by most supernaturals as being a sign of the End Times.
  • Red Star is a star that appeared on the "Best Friends" episode and many more episodes.
  • A smooth-talking suave man who has values and will stop at nothing to reach his goal. Under this persona he is actually schizophrenic living with 2 other voices in his head one named Kaze the other Cole. Kaze is a ruthless merciless personality, while Cole is a cool headed think-before-you-act personality. Nawaki can relinquish control over to either personality for ten mins at a time if he wants to. Nawaki decided he wants to use his power only for himself and profit off of it, so he joins Wild Card's Rogues.
  • The name Red Star has been used in several continuities. * Red Star (RAH) * Red Star (Renegades)
  • Red Star was a grizzled veteran of the Soviet Union's war in Afghanistan. When he came back, many people have perceived him to have become meaner and a different attitude. That funny look in his eye when he looks at you might be meaning he's psychotic but there's no way to prove that. Still, his superiors must have seen something when he was given the opportunity to command the Oktober Guard. Or perhaps it was a fluke, but when he saw that chance, he took it. It is his belief that the Oktober Guard represents the best Russia has. He himself is a member of the Soviet Naval Infantry's Black Sea Regiment. He wasn't going to let any glory hound with party connections take over Russia's elite.
  • You can find a Red Star in a few of the Wheelzen games, and collecting it will gain you twenty points.
  • "A beautiful red dragon whose scales shine in the moonlight like red stars in the night sky. Currently, this type of rare dragon is being kept by the Laedis Academy."
  • The Red Star was an enigmatic celestial object that was located in the skies of Mata Nui and Voya Nui. It contained the mechanism that allowed the Great Spirit Robot to travel from planet to planet. The Star also served as a means of resurrecting the deceased beings in the Matoran Universe. Their bodies were teleported to the Red Star, where their bodies were either repaired or their consciousness were transplanted into a new body. However, this ability had limitations: The being needed to be within the Matoran Universe, and there had to be enough left of the deceased's mind and body to be salvaged; in other words, any beings who died on Mata Nui or left few solid remains could not be revived, and thus remained dead permanently.
  • The five-pointed red star (a pentagram without the inner pentagon) is a symbol of Communism and Socialism and represents the five fingers of the worker's hand, as well as the five continents (as traditionally counted). A lesser known suggestion is that the five points on the star were intended to represent the five social groups that would lead the nation to communism. In no particular order, they are: the youth (the future generations), the military (to protect and defend socialism), industrial workers (labourers), agricultural workers (peasantry), and the intelligentsia (to criticize and to improve the ideas and practices of life in order to attain communism). In general, it was the emblem, symbol, and signal that indicated the truth of the new order under the rule and guidance of the Co
  • "The Ancient Traveller... the Herald of Despair... the Messenger has returned... the follower of the Herald brings death and betrayal... the Colossus shall walk again... mortals fight in vain, the hordes of vermin shall reign... a hidden shadow deceives them all... the time is nigh..." -Marlissa the Doom Teller
  • Red Stars are power-ups in Super Mario Galaxy. Red Stars transform Mario into Flying Mario. They wear off over time, and are only found in the second mission of the Gateway Galaxy and in specific spots of the Comet Observatory. They are unlocked for use in the Observatory after Mario obtains the Red Power Star in the second mission of the Gateway Galaxy. In this mission, Mario must collect one hundred Purple Coins for the Red Luma to make Red Stars available for use. Its ability also appears in Super Mario Galaxy 2 through hacking, but the ability is never used, nor is it seen in the game. The Red Star itself never appears in the game.
  • The Red Star was created by the Great Beings, along with the Mata Nui robot. Its purpose was to give the Robot energy to fly, attaching to his back and working like a backpack. When it was not in use (like on Aqua Magna) it orbited around the Matoran Universe. When the robot was shut down by Teridax, it remained in the skies of Aqua Magna. On Mata Nui it was used by Matoran and Turaga to predict the future, by watching the position of other stars around it. This could be done using various telescopes on the island, including one in Ta-Wahi and Nixie's in Ga-Koro.
