- Edgewater was a neighbourhood located on the south-west end of Downtown and below South Vauxton. it is the residence of the Bartender, who works in Club Noir, and the Wharf Rats gang. The neighbourhood was also nicknamed "the steel shore" after the old smelting plants and shipping facilities in the area. Most of the buildings are old and appear abandoned.
