Part of the New Republic Fifth Fleet, it fought in Operation Hammerblow. It was sent to attack the recon satellites orbiting the Galactic Empire planet. One A-wing was destroyed by an orbital sleeper mine while making a pass on a satellite. It was the only New Republic casualty in the engagement.
