The stand-off ended with the successful rescue of Megan Porter who Dixon and his team had abducted, as Dixon wanted revenge on Megan's mother, Sarah Porter, who was the current Secretary of the Navy for pulling those PMC contracts during his career in Wynnewood Security Services, as well as the arrest of Dixon's team while Dixon himself was later fatally shot in the head by NCIS Special Agent Valerie Page when Dixon attempted to kill NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
