  • Dr. Lucrezia della Passaglia is a necromancer with ties to Clan Giovanni. In February 2003, she was working on an archaeological dig on the site of the Etruscan city of Tarquina, believing that an elder vampire was resting (or possibly trapped) in a tomb there. She became "chummy" with Gawain Alexander when he joined the dig. The tomb turned out to belong to a liche named Larth, who took offense to Lucrezia addressing him in Latin. Her entrance to the tomb, however, had finally broken the magic that bound him, and after raiding her mind for information about the fate of his people, Larth fed both Lucrezia and her Wraith assistant to Spectres.
