Earl Warren (March 19, 1891 – July 9, 1974) was an American politician and jurist who served as the 35th President of the United States, as well as the 37th Vice President of the United States and the 30th Governor of California. Warren is one of two politicians, alongside Henry Jackson, to have served 16 full years in the executive branch, as president and vice president.
