In one possible timeline, Nathan grew deep in the dark side after Anakin's death, though he didn't show it. He secretly "redeemed" Jaina and Zossk during the Hapes incident, and taught them in the ways of the dark side. Jacen Solo and Vergere were wary of him, especially because he had been such an adamant suppoter of the Potentium. Luke Skywalker began to feel his death and the death of countless Jedi coming to pass. He felt like it would be during the coming battle between them and the Yuuzhan Vong on Coruscant, but he was wrong.

  • In one possible timeline, Nathan grew deep in the dark side after Anakin's death, though he didn't show it. He secretly "redeemed" Jaina and Zossk during the Hapes incident, and taught them in the ways of the dark side. Jacen Solo and Vergere were wary of him, especially because he had been such an adamant suppoter of the Potentium. When he had found his grandfather's holocron and the location of Novus Kamino Prime's large battlefleet just waiting for him to come and take, he left immeadiately. The only real obstacles in his way were the GFFA's Senate, Jasca Ducato, Zonama Sekot, and Luke Skywalker. The first thing he did before he left was to reveal their location to a Peace Brigader, who told his superiors and the Senate was slaughtered, then Nathan killed the collaborator. The Great Schism was brought to an early end when Nathan Force crushed both Nat-ahn and Dal-tone Mandrex to death. With the two formerly opposing fleets at his command, not to mention the Yuuzhan Vong cruisers captured, he felt invincible. Both the Yuuzhan Vong and GFFA would fall, as he would wait till the battle's end, and then strike. Luke Skywalker began to feel his death and the death of countless Jedi coming to pass. He felt like it would be during the coming battle between them and the Yuuzhan Vong on Coruscant, but he was wrong. Zonama Sekot also felt something wrong, but from what it had heard from friends and relatives of Nathan's, it had nothing to fear from him. The Battle of Coruscant began spectacuraly for the Jedi/GFFA, but without Nathan's support group, they soon faltered and both sides suffered catastrophic casualties. Then Nathan came to fight. He murdered both Luke Skywalker and Shimrra. He used his Vongsense to direct the Yuuzhan Vong scout vessel that contained the deadly Alpha Red into Zonama Sekot, killing it. Jaina and Zossk directed the space battle and Nathan's power grew, turning many Jedi to his side. Very few remained resistant, such as Kyle Katarn, Jaden Korr, Jacen Solo, Lowbacca, and Leia Organa Solo. Nathan used the Jedi he had turned and killed the rest, save for Jacen. Nathan took the remnants of both fleets to Mon Calamari and threatened orbital bombardment on the planet if the forces protecting it failed to follow him. They did so and Nathan went to Korriban and started his head of government there, as it was more powerful in the dark side than Coruscant. He recreated the Galactic Empire, minus the xenophobia. Now there was nothing to stop him, except for Jacen, who organized the remaining GFFA, Imperial, and Hutt fleets under his banner, seeking to find a way to defeat Nathan. Alas, even Jacen was no match for Nathan, for Nathan knew where he was through Jacen and Jaina's Force-bond. Jacen was killed in the first and only engagement of the short rebellion, along with all of his followers, save Jagged Fel, who Nathan wished to torture for daring to like his wife. In a shocking turn of events, Nathan was killed in his sleep by Jaina! She had grown tired of him and decided that Jagged would make a better consort. So ends one of many alternate histories.
