Messages can be delivered quickly by the cursorium velox or slowly by the cursorium clabulus. Packages can only be delivered by the latter service but the CC also finds use when people send personal handwritten letters. In short, the CV transports letters from one post office to another electronically then delivers a physical copy to the recipient while the CC physically transports deliveries.
