An application is required that is to be submitted to the Rakata in charge of battle, which would be Fabuloso and Kveldwulf, explicitly stating: * Who is attacking what/where? * When is this attack occurring? * Who is defending this attack? * A comprehensive list of the troops that the sides have as well as what their objective is * A comprehensive list of the artillery. 2. If you want to battle on a planet in a large scale manner you must have the Rakatan's approval ahead of time..verbal consent does not count, one must send a private message or some sort of posting to the Rakatan and both parties must be involved and consent to this large scale battle on the planet in question. Notes: * No PC shall have more than 10,000 men in total. You don't need to have that much but 10,000 men is the maximum. * Large Scale Battles such as these, unless Rakatan has been notified to the point that satisfies the (number 2) above then all large scale battles will occur in the Battle Arena after they have been approved by either Kveldwulf or Fabuloso. * Please make sure to enclose all of the necessary conditions, the "who, what,where, when" criteria in the first question. * Also, if a battle gets to the point that there is great OoC bickering the Mediation Council can be called in to resolve the matter but as a last resort - please try to get a long with each other to work out your problems first. * Keep your artillery reasonable, don't GM and PG and assume that your military outfit as every weapon ever made. The more realistic that both parties are the more fun it shall be. * These rules and criteria are for the Large Scale Battles only and not for saber dueling. And finally one last and very important rule, remember that it is a game and to have fun.
