Chris Slade was AC/DC's drummer from 1989 to 1994. Slade replaced previus drummer Simon Wright, who was AC/DC's drummer from 1983 to 1989. Slade was originally hired only temporarily, but he then got asked to join the band. Slade was drummed in The Razor's Edge (1990), Live at Donington]] (1991), AC/DC Live (1992), and the single Big Gun (1993) for the movie Last Action Hero. In 1994, the band asked him to leave to have Phil Rudd (current drummer) join back after he was fired.
