| - Home to the Pentad, the Serenity of Farthanal was founded by the wandering priests, led by Alban Ennervel, now the High Theon of the Serenity. Delos, then a small fishing village by Lake Sorvedia, quickly adopted the faith of the foreign preachers. Alban, as the leader of the priests, was elected the Mayor of Delos. Under Alban, the fishing village of Delos grew to a prosperous town. The few ramblers of Delos were trained and became the first Paladins, with Garth Eventide anointed as the first Viron, or General of Delos. Pontius Varmotrix became the first Perliin of Delos, which aimed to spread the Pentad to the people. After a span of years, in which Delos took control of surrounding regions, the town declared war against the rival town of Thera in the opposite shore of the Sorvedia. The Therans controlled a large territory to the north, surrounding the sister of Sorvedia, Lake Ameli. Though smaller, the Delosians proved master sailors. The rebellion of the northern tribes which Thera conquered also helped in the war. Eventually, the Theran Leader Irwin Vongard ordered the destruction of Thera, for he saw the fall of his kingdom. After the destruction of Thera, Alban annexed the rest of the lands surrounding Sorvedia. Moving south, he also gained access to Lake Lirade, the third of the four lakes of the region. By taking the southern tip of the lake, Delos also gained access to the sea.
