Charlottes Shields possessed at least two sub-divisions within the firm which included: * Charlottes Shielding Works : headed by Morgan Lethen Prin and dealt with Energy Shielding Systems. * Charlottes Energies : dealt with Deflector Shield Technologies Research and its division head was Jackson Roykirk IV.
