Shin Okasu was born into the Okasu Clan and upon birth when doing test on Shin, they discovered that he had Gale Release (Long). Shin didn't grow up in Taki originally, not even with his fellow clan members with the exception of his family. His mother and father were outgoing people and didn't like to stay in one place, so Shin went all around the world with his family. By the time Shin was 7 he could of become a genin, but again him and his family didn't just stay in one place. While traveling with his family, his brother was killed by bandits that tried to rob him and his family; his brother ended up killing the bandits but suffered a mortal wound and died a few days later. After this event, Shin was driven to become a ninja, he went back to where his clan's village was and trained under them learning different skills, and more in depth knowledge on his kekkei genkai. It was soon after that his clan members started to teach him techniques of his Gale Release; Shin learned ever technique of Gale Release he could. But because of his chakra reserves and control he had difficult times performing these certain techniques. It was only so much that his clan knew, so thats when he decided to venture off to a village and join it by himself, which lead him to Takigakure(Sigma). The village accepted him into the village as a resident and he quickly enrolled himself into their academy, because of his knowledge already it took him no longer than 6 months to complete everything in the academy. After that, he became a genin and was placed into a team.
