Jasper Hill Farm (also called Jasper Hill Creamery) is a family-owned dairy farm owned by Andy and Mateo Kehler, which has been producing cheese, from the milk of their herd of Ayrshire cows, since May of 2003. The Kehlers now also own The Cellars at Jasper Hill, where they not only age their own cheeses, but also serve as affineurs for several other local farms.
