Henry Edouard Stillman (2 December 1900-1970) was a Labour Party politician. Born in Mile End, he was the son of Philip Stillman, a gas-fitter, and his wife Sophia. Both his parents were born in Russia. A member of Southwark Borough Council, he served as Mayor of Southwark in 1954-55. He was a member of the London County Council from 1952 until its abolition in 1965. He represented Battersea from 1952-55 and Southwark from 1955-65.
