The Kensar are an exotic deep water predator that resides in the frozen depths of the Isol ocean. The body of a Kensar is made of a type of regenerative cartilage, allowing their massive forms to take great amounts of punishment, as well as expand to ingest larger prey. The Kensar neutralize their prey by use of what is essentially a crude cannon. They are capable of pressurizing a great deal of Carbon Trioxide gas, the waste product of their unique respiration cycle, into their “stomach” granted it is empty. They then release this pressurized air at their target using a voluntary muscle spasm, effectively knocking it out with the force of the blast. The Kensar is then free to ingest the incapacitated target.
