Another example of the power of the jutsu is shown when it was tested against Sannoto's standard Rasengan. The fact that it was only 50 percent completed and still able to easily overpower Sannoto, who had years more experience with it, and damage his hand demonstrates just how far the Rasengan has been pushed when combined with element chakra. To create it, Sagery needs the aid of two shadow clones, and in total, five hands to create it (his hand to release and spin the chakra, one clone to form the shell to maintain the sphere shape, and the other to mix the wind-natured chakra).When he tested the technique again this time against his own clone who used Tornado Rasengan,with his 50 percent completed Rasengan he threw his clone away simply overpowering him. When completed the jutsu 80 percent he was able to overpower three-clones using Tornado Rasengan,and sent them flying away.Sadly during his training even with his skills Sageru completed the technique only 80 percent,he later completed the jutsu during his secret training to become stronger. The technique gives off a loud bell-like screech and is so powerful that it creates a storm around the area. The swirls around the rasengan creates a real tornado providing a thrust to the user.
