The Shrine of the Covenant was used to kept guarded the Dark Covenant of Fire by Shiba guards but was located in Dragon lands. It was part of an agreement between both Clans after the peaceful resolution of the Dragon-Phoenix War. In 1165 The shrine was attacked by maho wielding bandits and all the Phoenix defenders were murdered, and the shrine completely destroyed. A Dragon force led by Tamori Shiki saw the attack, destroyed the bandits, and retrieved the Covenant.
