- Maxxor was an ancient warrior of Vestroia, a wise leader over the Subterra world. Until Chaor, Maxxor's arch rival, declared war on Subterra. A mass war broke out, both armies fought each other until they wiped themselves out, leaving only Chaor and Maxxor left standing. The two prepared for a final showdown, as they charged each other, Groundon, the champion of Subterra, and the Six Ancient Soldiers, put an end to their fight and sentenced the two to a deep sleep. Maxxor was only sentenced to sleep for a few hundred years, while Chaor was sentenced to sleep for eternity. But, unfortunately, eternity doesn't even last forever. Fate had a different plan for Chaor and Maxxor, the arrival of the Vestals woke Maxxor, Chaor, and Groundon up. Groundon gave the two a dimension portal card
