- The Geneva Convention was held at Franco Campese's house as a venue to discuss the finer points of The War. Members of each side appeared and spent most of the time playing Halo. However, each sides main leaders met in a small office to finally put the rules of war down to paper. Also, during the convention, both sides met to discuss their strategies more clearly. This is when concern began to arise about the harshness of each side's punishment. Jamie O'Connell began telling his team somewhat radical ideas which concerned its own side. After these meetings, the two sides met back again in the office to discuss, once again, the fine points of war. It was during this meeting that the idea of doing away with the war was posed.
