The Stillwater Electric Railway ran streetcars in its namesake city of Stillwater, Minnesota from 1894, when it took over the operations of the Stillwater Street Railway, to 1897, when it abandoned service, leaving Stillwater without public transit until 1899, when Twin City Rapid Transit Company extended its operations to Stillwater.
